How to configure multiple internet connections in slackware 12

I have done a full install of slackware 12 and want it to use it as internet gateway for my small browsing cafe. i have 2 internet connections (1) 128 Kbps with unlimited download, (2) 2 Mbps with 4GB download limit. so i want to restrict high speed connection for browsing only and low speed connection for downloads only. please help me setup my network for this configuration. i need to serve 5 client systems to access from my linux server, antivirus scanning with proxying will be much better.

Maybe http://lartc.org/howto/lartc.rpdb.multiple-links.html is a good start.
Additionally, you could look into transparently redirecting ftp traffic to the low-bandwidth link by applying a few iptables rules.

you are correct but most of downloads are in http too so how to re-direct file based downloads between internet connections. right now i have only one ethernet card and the router is plugged in to the switch and i access internet by pppoe dial-up and use the same interface for lan connection the second internet (ie) slower one is a broadcom router with both ethernet and usb interfaces and i had configured the router to act as bridge and assign the public static ip to the interface i have to connect the router. now i have connected the High speed internet to the switch and the slow speed internet is directly plugged in to the usb port. is it possible to use the same ethernet interface for pppoe as well as lan and share the internet connections to the other computers in the lan connection.
