Most of these use webpage based interface. If you read the manual they will normally say what the ip address of the router side is. eg 192.168.1.1. If you have static addressing on the attached ethernet card then set it on the same range and then you should be able to access the router using a browser and puting in the address
http://192.168.1.1 into the address bar. If you are using dhcp then set the ethernet card to pick up a lease in the same ip range. Once into the router you will be able to configure it.
