how to configure a new network


dear friends,
i am having new 10 system + 3 servers..
clients systems:- P4,2.4Ghz,20GB HDD,266MB RAM
SERVER SYSTEMS:- P4,DUAL PROCESSORS,120 GB-4HDD EACH
now i am want to set up the following all to a brousing center in my town
1) i am having redhat linux 9 cd
2) i am having samba for printing
3) i am having net connection of DSL line
4) i am having ethernet card, hub and modem,swith
NOW MY QUESTION FOLLOWS
1) i have installed all the system redhat os
2) in server i have installed server linux os
3) i want to configure all clients should connect to the server for net brousing.
4) i want if the clients giving printing it should go the printer.
5) every client must and should have a user name and password from the server to browse the net
6) i want one server for internet, second server for the printer, third for the data storage.
7) i want router configured,proxy server

DEAR FRIENDS, PLEASE GIVE ME THE REPLY TO ME..I AM NEW TO LINUX PROJECT . . HERE WE HAVE TO DO THAT ..I AM IN A CHALLENGE ..PLEASE GIVE ME FULL PROCEDURE TO ME..FROM A TO Z OF CONFIGURATION.. I WILL BE GREATFUL TO ALL TILL MY END

Hmm, it would be straightforward if it wasn't for this.
LDAP+squid perhaps? What alternatives are there?
