Thumbs down how to chat in linux


hello dude




i am new in linux i dont know how to chat in linux. i have
big problem i want to chat msn messenger people how i chat those poeple in linux.Is msn release linux messenger if not.
which tool i use to chat msn people in linux

Well you can use Gaim to chat with most messengers. There are many clients for MSN too however I don't remember the names of any of 'em...but a quick google search I'm sure will bring them it up.

amsn
amsn.sourceforge.net
download it(version .83),unarchive it like 'tar -xvzf <filename>' then 'cd msn' and './amsn'
