Spell out your words, please. And as said in this thread several times, there is NO WAY to block torrents through Squid. As said before, you can create a simple ACL to block the .torrent file types, but copying that link and pasting it into a bittorrent client will get right around it. You need a layer 7 filter, which squid is not.
The OP was asked to provide the ACL before, and has not. That, coupled with what other information you can find in this thread, should tell you something.

Please do not hijack other user's threads.
You can create your own.
If you want to limit the download, Does it mean you want that no file can be downloaded more than specified size?
Is it correct?

This thread had been closed for two years, but please go back and re-read it from the beginning. Again, to restate, you CANNOT BLOCK THIS WITH SQUID, period, ever.
There are no ACL's you can use for Squid to do this. You need a Layer 7 filter.
