How to block skype in squid ?
 

hi

i am using squid 3.1.10 in RHEL 6.2 .Now i need to block skype messenger on my local network via squid.
i used so many commands in squid.conf file but that all was not working.So please someone kindly help me to block this..

I've tried the same commands before which you've posted here ..i think it's the right way .some time i am doing the mistake to insert those commands on the different lines ..so can you give me the correct line where i want to apply this into squid.conf file....

# Your acl definitions
acl numeric_IPs urlpath_regex ^[0-9]+\.[0-9]+\.[0-9]+\.[0-9]+
acl connect method CONNECT
# Apply your acls
http_access deny connect numeric_IPs all
