how to bind MAC with IP

i m running squid 2.5 stable 7 and the users are connected with MAC based (acl ban arp

"/usr/local/squid/etc/xxx.dat").
now i want to bind each MAC with its ip address so that if any client changes its IP or MAC

address, he would not be able to surf the internet. for example a user has an ip 10.11.3.20

and his MAC of LAN is AB-CD-EF-GH-IJ-KL, and if he changes ip tp 10.11.3.21, he should not b

able to sufr.
thanx

On what platform? You know, like what distro, DNS server, etc.?

If you are identifying the machines by Mac and the individual is changing his Mac, how are you going to be able to identify that it is the same machine? If you are using just the Mac, you cannot.

i m using RH9 and on the orther m/c FC4. i have maintained a database in which i have assigned statis ip addresses to the users and MAC is also there.
so when any person changes his ip he is still able to browse the internet because his MAC is still the same.
i want that a user may only use the internet when the ip given to him recognises the MAC address of his LAN card or vice versa.

i tried this code

iptables -A INPUT -s 10.11.0.75 -m mac --mac-source 00-13-20-5B-79-6E -d 0/0 -j DROP/ACCEPT

but it didnt work at all.
