How to be a leaf node of an IRC network ?

Hello everybody .
we have an old bahamut ircd configured as leaf node of irc.voila.fr hub , i m trying to switch to hybrid ircd , i was able to configure and test hybrid localy and it works fine , i got an op access and i can do all admin stuff .
but now i need to rebuild the link between my server and the hub , as informations i have a user and a password fot from the bahamut ircd.conf and also the name/ip of the hub which i added to the connect() section og my new ircd , but during the connection process i got :

*** Notice -- Connection to chat-hub.voila.fr[195.101.94.121] activated.
*** Notice -- Error connecting to chat-hub.voila.fr[195.101.94.121]: Error during bind()
*** Notice -- Closing link to chat-hub.voila.fr[unknown@195.101.94.121]: Write error: connection closed

can some one enlight this issue please ?
