How specify kernel module options for 2.6.25 (nf_conntrack_ftp)

I want to tell my ftp connection tracking module to listen on non-standard ports.

I realize that I can specify the ports= parameter for the module, but where/how do I tell unix to automatically use these parameters on system start? (Without unloading and reloading a module in a script)

Note that I'm running F9 (2.6.25)

Thanks
