how do you start and stop inetd / proftpd?
Hi all,
there has to be a better way to restart inetd / proftpd with new config settings than what I'm doing, which at this point is restarting Linux completely to make sure things go into effect. Does anyone know how? thanks, wendallsan |
kill -HUP <pid of inetd>

What does HUP stand for?
