is this correct for your machine? do you have multiple NICS? if not, you should be able to safely comment out this line.
Can you see the windows machines by hostname and vice versa? If not you'll have to provide for hostname resolution (not hard). |
Update:
Well I'll be darned. Somewhere between this and pounding on the Samba control panel I managed to get this working!
I even managed to put everything on passwords but as you can imagine I already caught my grandfather using a written down password... sigh.
