please use better titles in future. this is a networking forum, that fact that you have a question about "networking" should be a given. title has been changed.

as for your question, just give an ip address andsubnet on each respective nic, e.g. 192.168.0.1/24 and 192.168.0.2/24 and connect both to a switch. when the interfaces are u pyour network is done.
