How Do I Hotsync my Treo 650 with KPilot using Bluetooth
Hello,
I am using Kubuntu 7, and Bluetooth seems to work fine for most things. I can do an OBEX file push from the laptop to the phone and vice versa using KDE's Bluetooth integration, and I can scan for devices and check what protocols they support. However, when I try to start a Bluetooth hotsync from my Treo, KBluetooth seems to think it's trying to start a Bluetooth serial chat and it opens an IM window with raw data that the Treo sent.
I'm trying to hotsync my Treo 650 with KPilot using bluetooth rather than USB, but I can't figure it out. I've tried several guides but they always seem to lose me (though they claim to be "simple"). I'm looking for someone to guide me through the process of getting my setup to a point where I can simply start a hotsync from the Treo and watch as it syncs with Kubuntu as easily as if I were using my USB Cable.
Would anybody be willing to help me set this up?
