How do I get "Fram Relay"?

I've read in the RedHat Linux 9 Bible, that frame relay is better then DSL and ISDN when it comes to running servers, at a fixed rated speed. I dont have the money to spend on insano T1 or T3, but when I get my job (im 15 right now, and where I live u have to be 15 and a half to get a job, tho I've been a gardner for a year, im sure I can manage a good hefty job) I can most likely get some good internet rolling. Reason being is that, me and a 24 year old buddy of mine are making software to sell, and under some under GPL, or other free licenses. And we need a good internet connection for our server. Where and how can I get Frame Relay pricing, or is it something different then I expected. If I need to learn more about this, im going to take a year long class in "CISCO networking" or "advanced networking class", hopefully I can learn more about this, but Id rather be ahead.

Frame Relay is not a service, it is an encapsulation type.

Frame Relay is an industry-standard, switched data link layer protocol that handles multiple virtual circuits using High-Level Data Link Control (HDLC) encapsulation between connected devices. In many cases, Frame Relay is more efficient than X.25, the protocol for which it is generally considered a replacement

You can have several different media that connect you to the internet, Frame Relay is but one of them.
While I can appriciate what it is that you are looking to do, a FR circuit is far beyond the price range of a gardener (and some successful small businesses!!!!!)
If you have your heart set on one, call your local phone company, get the number to their business services group, and ask them for pricing. On a most WAN links, there is a connection charge, and you are billed per byte.

To give you an idea, this company services greater Seattle, WA, US:

Frame relay itself, is quite fast, depending on what it is you plan to use it for.
Odds are, you will be far better off hosting your site with a hosting company. It will cost a fraction of the price of a FR circ.

These days DSL connections are quite fast. It's not uncommon to get 6Mb down/1.5Mb up, or even better. Some SDSL packages offer 6/6! If that's not an option and high bandwidth is a must, then you're down to colocated hosting.

Man, I was expecting that. Paying for a better DSL service is a better option, considering mine (as of right now) is only 768k down, and 128k up, which is horrible. (especialy when I tried to host a game server for a good friend of mine, it was pretty pathetic) But Im going to call up my ISP (verizon) see what they say about the frame relay pricing. Frame relay (From the point of view of a network specialist at some store called PC Club, and the Book) sounds like a better option, and maybe wouldn't be WAVY (if u know what I mean) as DSL is in my area. Thanx for the responses tho. If all else fails, Ill go to a geocitie place, and rent out a server (ther like what 20 buks?)
