Question how do i forward a port to and inside IP

Hi. I have the basic Linux red hat 7.0 firewall set up and it works great. It is doing simple Nat and ipchains only shows two lines. What I need to do is forward any incoming traffic on port 4300 to and IP address inside the firewall? I have been messing around for days now with out any progress. Is ipchains the way to be doing this and can some one give me the syntax. Lets say my outside IP is 10.10.10.10 and the inside IP is 192.168.1.9 for port 4300.

thanks every one.
