How do I bind remote IPs to server?


I'm a bit of a newbie. Let say i have two servers A and B. How can i bind server A's public IPs to server B? when i login to server B. I'll be able to see server A IPs in ifconfig.

I'm trying to use server A IPs on server B which has much more horse power.
