how can i take Backup of my RHEL


Dear All,
I want to take backup of my RHEL server so that in case any fault I can replace all setting correctly.

I am using squid,nis,samba on it.

Backup RHEL

The question that I have is where are you going to backup that server?

I like Mondo. Also using a script to back up configuration files is also a good idea

Seconded...Mondo has saved my butt many times. Very handy to have bootable ISO's on CD or DVD, that will bring you system back up in an hour, including configs.
