Do you mean CentOS 7 for your Linux distro? Which desktop environment/window manager are you using?

Centos is not wifi friendly by default install.

First you will have to tell us your hardware for this wifi. Does it work under any other linux? If a laptop then you usually have to add in drivers.

https://www.quora.com/How-do-I-setup-WiFi-on-centos-7 is one way at least.

My favorite thing on the Internet, the www, is searching. Some like the privacy of DDGoo.
Instant progress can be made here, by searching: linux command to determine wifi card
I enjoy learning from reading search results, and I have fun optimizing my search keywords.
Once you determine what model you have, try searching:
centos install driver <that_card_model>
Results for other rpm-based distros, like fedora, may also be useful. Enjoy mastering centos!!!
Let us know precisely what you: find, try, and results. Best wishes!!!

The bottom line on my prior post contained a link to a page with some helpful tips. Maybe that isn't clear.

You could also go to the Centos site for some pages on wifi.
