How can I restrict users from accessing particular webistes using squid.

I am suing squid proxy server on Redhat Linux 9.0. I want to block certain website using squid proxy server.
I am using dedicated Internet Connection using Lease Line Connection. In my server I have two Ethernet cards. One for global IP address and one for Local IP address. From the Global IP Address Ethernet Card it is routed to Local IP Address Ethernet Card.
I am not using any IP Masquerading or any other thing.
Please help me out in this regard.
