an ssh tunnel may be your solution.
but you need to tell us much more about your setup and expectations.
can you draw a simple graph with a client request including those 2 servers, your client machine, and the other client machines on the Internet?
Why don't you access 1.2.3.4 port 8080 directly?
What is the OS of the 2 servers?
Are you the administrator of those 2 servers?
What is the expected benefit to you of diverting that traffic?
Do you want to make machine x.x.x.x act as a gateway to machine 1.2.3.4?
Is it because machine 1.2.3.4 does not have Internet access?
etc ...
etc ...
etc ...
