That's all a little vague, but we can try to help over the days. First of all, is your RH sever running DHCP to hand out IP addresses to your LAN computers? Are you running iptables? That would be your firewall. I assume this RH machine is running 2 NIC's, one to the modem, one to the LAN. Correct? We really need more specific information to help you.

Yes,
1- have to 2NIC 1-modem 2-LAN
2- have iptables2
3- DHCP is not running

The question is: How can all the my LAN computers connect to internet through a proxy server. My situation is 81.10.1.8 -my ip
81.10.1.1 - gateway and the proxy server is 81.10.2.2
