How can home directory from another computer using Samba

Hello

I have a network of one Linux Samba Server (Redhat 9.0) and 100 windows 2000 workstations. I want that the home directories of user's logins can be configured from another computer (not on Samba Server). the authentication of login should be from Samba server and after authentication the home directory will be from another computer and the connection of the client should be that computer not Samba server.

It is possible in Windows

Is it possible in Linux of not

Plz Help me

Bye
