how cache works in w web-browser


how details are stored in cache?

Well when ever you access any sites the contents of that site are automatically cached or copied into a folder in your home directory. so that when you access the site later on your computer doesn't have to download those same files over again rather they are just compared and reloaded from your cache. Sometimes if the site changes often with static contents your computer will load the cached copy and not from the server in which case a simple reload will do the trip but sometimes you will have to clear your cache.

how can i make out which cache file in the cache folder corresponds to which web-page i visited?

hi
u dont need to create the cache,your browser do that task for u. Ur cache files correspond to the entries stored on the web server.
