Host-bridge VPN communication : Host Linux > VM Windows > Target(Linux)
Hi, I have a very specific scenario and would like help with a solution:
Today I have a windows host to connect to a VPN and everything works ok. I connect to the VPN and I can reach the server "Server1.domain: 22 (port)". However, the VPN solution I connect to has only a windows plugin.
I would like to use linux on the host and get to the server "Server1.domain", however as I can not connect to the VPN I would need an intermediary, I thought of the following:
Host: Linux
VM Windows (inside the host) to connect to the VPN
Server1.domain (primary target, accessible only via VPN)
Linux host> connects to port 2222> VM Windows (connected to VPN)> redirect to port 22> Server1.domain. It is possible?
In summary, my linux host does not access the "Server1.domain", but I have a Windows VM that connects to the server, I would use a bridge.
