Help with Swat

I'm running slackware 10.1 with the latest stable version of samba 3.0.14 . I've got all my shares setup like I want them and that part seems to be working ok. What has happend is I changed the ip address of the machine, its got a static ip and I've changed everything with netconfig and even double checked the config files. Now whenever I goto to the swat status page it will sit there forever and then load showing smbd nmbd and winbinnd not running when I lookup the log it had an error about being unable to connect to the old ip address. I'm stumped I've done everything trying to figure out where this old ip is stored I've removed samba and reinstalled I've even done a text content search of the entire hd looking for those old ip numbers and all I find is a few logs and some of the files in /var/cache/samba which I have erased and reinstalled samba again. Where can it be pulling these old ip's from?

Thanks
