I just registered in www.uklinux.net and now I have own web site. But the problems just begun. I created a .html page and I would like to put it in my website so everyone when go to my webpage will see it.Can saomeone tell me how to do it in Linux and if is possible to give some explanation. Im running Ubuntu 5.04.
Also I will ask you how to do the same but in Windows. Im asking for Windows here because I know that linux users are geeks in Windows and they know everything about it thats why they gave up with it.

You need an ftp program to copy/transfer your files from your computer to your isps servers. Install gftp and read up on how to use it and you should be good to go.

I will install it but the problem is i will get internet on my linux box after 1 month and i would like to know how to do it in windows in the beggining.Any ideas?

You need to get an ftp client that works on windows e.g. wsftp.
