Help with PF config

I am trying to set up PF and am having no luck. I'm not sure on what to do or where to start. What I am trying to is access my network from school. The only port I have outbound from school is ssh/22. I want to connect to my BSD box and access my network from there. I am behind a router and am going to forward port 22 to the BSD box. I have the ranges of ip's that the schools uses. So I'm wanting to use PF to only allow the ranges of ip's that my school uses so no one else can connect. I'm have I tough time with the config of PF. Could someone steer me in the general direction of what I need to do or provide a sample config?

You have 2 useful files on your system

Code:
# locate pf.conf
/usr/share/examples/etc/pf.conf

/usr/ports/security/pf/files/pf.conf.default

Please do not post the same thread in more than one forum. Picking the most relevant forum and posting it once there makes it easier for other members to help you and keeps the discussion all in one place.
