help! setting for connect internet via ADSL router(suse 9.1)

Hi.

Previously i am using win XP with ADSL router connect to internet.
what am i doing is to just set the tcp/ip (static) ip= 192.168.1.3, subnet mask 255.255.255.0, gateway= 192.168.1.1 (its my router ip address) and dns=202.188.1.13, 202.188.0.5 (i am from Malaysia). With this setting Win Xp works fine with it for accessing to internet without dail-up (coz i already did a setting in the router to dail for me automatically)

I am currently switch to suse linux 9.1, i have no idea how to set up internet access with dail up.
i have set my network card and ADSL by using YaST.

Network Card Setting:
static ip : 192.168.1.3
subnet mask: 255.255.255.0
Routing -> Default gateway : 192.168.1.1

DSL setting:
PPP mode: PPP over ethernet
Device Activate: on Boot

Provider parameter:
username:
password:
modify dns when connected (*)
name server
first: 202.188.0.13
second:202.188.1.5
(end of setting)
what i get is that i have to dail-up for internet, and the dail-up is always disconnected its selves for every minute. its so frustrated.

My Question is, is there any other ways of setting in order for me to access internet without dail up?

thanks for helping me
