help regarding IP blocking


Greatings to all,
Im having a strange problem , due to voip filteration on Upstream provider they the filter for voip. Ive 2 NICs in my machine one is for wan and one is for lan number of users are 1500 . Ive blocked udp port 5060:5061 on lan interface but still my wan IP get blocked for a while then again start working , is there any way to find it out and prevent my wan ip to get blocked randomly. Looking forward for your kind response.

I'm having trouble figuring out exactly what your problem is.

Perhaps you could clarify why you are blocking these ports on your LAN interface and explain what that has to do with you WAN connection working.
