help regarding ftp?


hi all,

i want to know how to configure ftp, so that i can connect other system through ftp

when i say ftp 192.166.12.01 it says connection refused.

any help greately appriciated

Make sure of the following:
-FTP server is running
-Port is open(check firewall)
-Check make sure that the target system has the same
