2 * linux/drivers/message/fusion/mptbase.c
3 * High performance SCSI + LAN / Fibre Channel device drivers.
4 * This is the Fusion MPT base driver which supports multiple
5 * (SCSI + LAN) specialized protocol drivers.
6 * For use with PCI chip/adapter(s):
7 * LSIFC9xx/LSI409xx Fibre Channel
8 * running LSI Logic Fusion MPT (Message Passing Technology) firmware.

Do you have a scsi + lan device?
If not then they would just be log messages saying it can't be enabled..
