help me!!


Subject:HELP ME!

I have a big problem, im quite a noob when it comes to linux. ive been using windows for the whole of my computing life.
i wanted to try something new so i downloaded slax.. it ran fine and all went well... but there was one problem. it couldnt detect my wireless internet connection neither my ip address
if anyone knows how i can fix this i would be extremely grateful

What kind of wireless adapter do you have?

Try the lspci command and see if you can find your wireless adapter in the output, and then post the details here.

Thanks ive managed to get it working again. I just had to make slax detect the device
