Help in network


Hi just like some help on tis problem. I got 2 comp which is connected to 2 different network. I shall name them PC1 and PC2. They are connected to the hub of the respective network. Both have 2 NIC which eth0 is connected to x.x.100.x and eth1 is x.x.200.x I want to have PC2 eth0 to be able to ping to PC1 eth1. how would i go about doing tis so tat the following command can run

ping x.x.200.x(PC1 eth1 ip) -I x.x.100.x(PC2 eth0 ip)

Make sure the netmask is 255.255.0.0. In other words, put them on the same network.
