who can help about the NIC loopback test information or some correlative reference program? I need it lately. thanks.

Linux has many tools. A) "man ethtool" for using ethtool to troubleshoot YOUR system. B) "lspci", "lsusb", "lspci -v" and "lsmod". These show the data in their respective configurations.
