Hardware recommendations for router/WAP based on reliability experience.

Im terribly sorry If im this is a repeat, if so you can flame me and send me links to threads I should have been reading.

Im planning on setting up several Linux boxes for use as routers/wireless access points, not sure what distro I will use yet, probably I will set up a custom slackware install with 2.6 and clone it to the other identical boxes.

Im looking for, based on EXPERIENCE only, not specs. What the most reliable gigabit network card(s), and wireless cards(with extenal antenna connections). Each box will need two gigabit cards, and one wireless card. And be able to function for long periods of time without any maintinence.

Thanks!

-David
