Graphical Network Profile Tool?

Hey guys, I'm trying to make the permanent switch from winxp to opensuse. There's just one bit of software that’s making my life a lot easier on windows an I was wondering if there was a *nix equivalent.

I'm using a IBM t43 laptop that has Ibm's "Thinkvantage Connections" which stores my IP/Default Printer/Default Webpage/DNS/etc for various profiles. Since I travel a lot, and move between an office and a lab as well as hope this is super convenient since they all have different configurations.

Is there any graphical *nix equivalent?

Thanks!

If your distribution is Redhat or Fedora, there is system-config-network.
