GOBI 2000 WWLAN MODEM Installation for linux


Here instructions for installation GOBI 2000 WWAN

1. sudo apt install gobi-loader
2. sudo mkdir /lib/firmware/gobi
3. for HP go to link https://github.com/kicer/gobi_loader...elitebook2740p
4. Download amss.mbn apps.mbn uqcn.mbn
5. sudo cp amss.mbn apps.mbn uqcn.mbn /lib/firmware/gobi/
6. reboot linux

It's all...
Note:
Gobi 2000 is a device for connection mobile sim card, after installation setup in gnome setting.

This was made in the distro Debian Buster:
Linux debian 4.19.0-10-amd64 #1 SMP Debian 4.19.132-1 (2020-07-24) x86_64 GNU/Linux

Thanks, but it might help if you provided any details about things, like what version/distro of Linux, or what to do to connect and use that device after it's set up. And that device has been supported for some time now.
