Gnome-Screensaver - AD lockout credentials

Hi folks,

I've installed Centos5.6 on a test box and joined it to our office domain without a problem. It's presently using winbind and samba domain for authentication to server 2008.

I can login normally, but when I attempt to unlock the screensaver using my windows credentials I am told that my account is "locked out, contact admin..."

A quick look at AD shows that my account is indeed being locked out, presumably when the screen saver locks the screen.

and once i unlock the account from AD and give the password in the screensaver, it permits me in.

Can anyone explain what's causing this and how I can correct it?.

Thanks
