Giving out ipv6 tunnel ip`s with dhcp

I was playing around with ipv6 tunnel and i started wondering if this would work. On a lan with about 50 people, where they run NAT because they have only one ip out to the internet, would it be possible to set up an ipv6 tunnel to that ip and get a dhcp server to give out bot local ipv4 adresses to use locally and ipv6 adresses to use on the internet? It would solve alot of problems with dns and irc servers. So, is this something that could be done? If so, how?
