Question Getting Apache to work on RH9

Hi. I'm fairly new to Linux and I am trying to get Apache to work.

I have a home network and it consists of 3 XP boxes (the one named Pavilion is the Internet Connection Server) and 1 RedHat Linux 9 Box. I've got the internet and filesharing working between all of these computers but now I want to figure out how to get Apache to work on my RH9 box. I can't make my linux box the ICS server because of wiring restrains. So what I am stuck figuring out is how do I get Apache to work through this ICS network? I have this as my Apache Config so far.

Server Name: Dwg-NetMisc
Webmaster Email Address: myemail

I only have one virtual host setup called Main it has the following variables:
Host Information set to IP Based Virtual Host
Ip address of virtual host is (the Pavilion ICS server box IP address)
Server Host Name: Dwg-Pavilion (the mshome name for the Pavilion ICS box)
Document root directory: /home/dwg/web (where my html files are stored)
All other variables set as default

I have started the httpd service and it's running. Now when I try to go to ht tp://myipaddress it won't show the website... it gives a 404. I tried going into the ICS Options on the Pavilion ICS Server (Windows XP) and set the Web Server to allow the Red Hat Box's IP address to host the service on the network but it still does not work.

localhost does work (of course).

please help!
