Gentoo live cd + RTL8029

Hi All,

Cannot seem to get my NIC up and running with Gentoo live cd (latest one).

I did an install last week using an rtl-8139 and I just did $modprobe 8139too and then net-setup.

Now I am trying to install gentoo on another pc, so I went and picked up two cheap nic cards. When I do $cat grep /proc/pci both cards come up as RTL8029(AS) chipsets. But in the modules available with gentoo, I cannot see anything that resembles "8029" and I have tried all the other realtek module drivers, like 8139cp 8139too, 8930...

Has anyone done this before or does anyone have any suggestions how I can get it going so I can proceed with the gentoo install?

Thanks

you'll want the ne2k-pci driver.
