FTP USER only can access own home directory
Dear all
I want to know ftp user in linux only can access own home directory , user must not see and download and upload any other location via filezilla or command line .,
ftp-user
/home/ftp-user << user directory
ftp-user have to limit only access own directory
ftp-user should not use access /opt /mnt /media /var /lib ... all directories
only access for /home/ftp-user

where are you starting from?
What you seek is a 'jail'. It restricts the user to his home folder and below.
How you do this can depend upon what server software you use. You did not mention what you are using, or if you are open to installation of a server of choice.
I recommend VSFTP (Very Secure FTP) server, as it has had settings enforcing this kind of setup for some time.
BTW: this question, and my answer, have little to do with networking. This is a server issue. I am not sure if there is a better place for the question than Linux Security or Linux Server, but it might have fit under Linux Software better than Linux Networking. As long as the mods do not complain, I will not.
If I may ask, what is your situation or event that prompts the question?
Also, where are you starting from and what are your environmental factors and limits?
