Angry FTP config problems

I am attempting to setup a ftp server. New to linux, and I am using red hat 9. I installed the ftp service using the add/remove applications. I then downloaded the redhat config httpd.rpm, and attempted to install that. This is where I had problems, when attempting to install the rpm file, I get the following error:

warning: redhat-config-httpd-1.0.1-18.noarch.rpm: V3 DSA signature: NOKEY, key ID db42160e
error: Failed dependencies:
httpd is needed by redhat-config-httpd-1.0.1-18

What can I do to install this, or what else can be done to set up my ftp server?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Are you using rpm -ivh ? I don't use rpm's but it seems your using the command to check for the signature, and the package doesn't have one, hence the errors.

By the way I believe httpd is an http daemon, not an ftp daemon.

httpd ie(Apache) is a webserver not a ftp server.
