From Win. to FC 5 : SSH disconnects

Hey guys,

While trying to connect to my FC5 server to perform a compilation from my Windows machine, the SSH session just goes off without even establishing a connection.

I face a similar problem when I try to telnet too.

The SSH issue doesn't happen always, only at times. Is there anything I need to change in any of the configuration files?

Cool check firewalls and selinux

seems like a firewall or selinux is standing in your way

iptables -L (to view firewall rules)

cat /var/log/messages (to see if selinux is stoppinh sshd from doing its job!)

Good Luck
