forwarding Public IP address in BIND DNS on RedHat Linux EL3

I configured my DNS server at my location as forwader to my master ns in another location,

In other part of office, there is a machine with both Public and Private IP

Whenever i ping from my Desktop (getting ip from DHCP server),to the
remote machine, i always get private ip, instead i would like to get the public address,

So i am searching for some good information of how to go about

can anybody help by raising few more clarification msgs
