forward mysql-socket to another server

Hi,
for some reasons I must forward a mysql-socket at:
/var/lib/mysql/mysql.sock

to another Server-Port.

Does somebody know how I can do this?

So:
/var/lib/mysql/mysql.sock

to

128.0.100.3:3306

?

Use port-forwarding but you must have another mysql sever running on that address
