Question Force use HTTPS on spectacular URL??

I have SSL installed correctly on the server and the url begin with https to the page i want to run SSL on the server is now working but the http also works for this page. How can i force all the request to this page runs under HTTPS not HTTP in apache 2.2. My system is RHEL5. Thanks if anyone can help.
