Question firewall and traffic

Hello,I need to set up server with firewall which has to provide all the information for an ISP.We use Windows 2000 SBS with ISA, but i already decided to move on Linux.I installed SuSE 8.2 (i had this only), and i started the Suse Firewall2, but i found only routing options there (i work only in KDE, not in konsole). What i need is server, to which all clients will log via PPPoE or VPN, and to give me the options to control traffic, user logging time, speed, cache, web interface to help users to control their traffic and all shaping u can imagine that an ISP needs.I'll be glad if somebody who is deep in these things can help me what else software i need to install for this task.Machine is Celeron 1,7/128, 256DDR333, Elitegroup P4VMM2, 2x Surecom EP-320X NICs.
