You have answerd me by tcpdump in port 80 or 443 but it has some errors in its syntax and the information was not enough for my boss

How are your users currently browsing the net?

If they are going through your linux box, you can run a tcpdump and look for connections to port 80 or port 443

From a terminal window or console, run
tcpdump port 80 or port 443
