Question filtered internet access

Is there a way using iptables to send your internet access through an external proxy server and then back into your intranet? I am trying to filter internet via a proxy server already setup to block certain webpages. Please help if you can. Thanks

A good way to do this is with dans guardian or squid guard.

get dans guardian, it is easy to setup.

Also look at the transparent proxy howto, you can very easily redirect port 80 to dansguardian without changing browser settings.

you can filter web pages by ip address, keywords and phrases, MIME content, file extension names , etc....
